To fast-track your organisation's low-carbon strategy, we offer three levels of climate change training:

 

Level 1 - Understanding climate change

This training will allow your team to understand what climate change is and how it affects them and your organisation. With this training your team will support your climate change strategy.  

 

Target audience: all stakeholders

 

Level 2 – Taking action on climate change

This training will allow your team to understand the risks and opportunities of climate change and how to take action on them in their daily operation. With this training your team will drive and accelerate your climate change strategy.  

Target audience: any stakeholder that is involved in operational decisions

 

Level 3 – Building a resilient business model integrating climate change physical and social risks

The first step to successfully tackling the risks of climate change and adapting your organisation’s business model, is to ensure that all senior managers, directors and board members have a common understanding of climate change risks and opportunities for your business. With this training the directors and board members of your business will have the capacity to adapt your business strategy and your business model to the challenges raised by the climate crisis.
